What’s the difference between the two plans?
The Heritage Club is our essential 1-year plan with priority service and a 15% repair discount. The Founders Club is our top-tier 3-year plan that includes everything in Heritage plus a deeper 20% discount, locked-in pricing, same-day emergency service, and several added perks — and it works out to significantly less per year.
How does the price change with multiple systems?
Each plan has a base price for your first system, then a per-system add-on for every additional unit. The calculator above shows the exact total based on the number of systems you enter. You always pay less per system than you would booking tune-ups individually.
Can I cancel if I move or change my mind?
Yes. Both plans can be canceled, and the Founders Club is fully transferable to the new homeowner if you sell your home — a meaningful resale benefit when buyers see your HVAC is professionally maintained.
What counts as a “system”?
One full heating & cooling unit (e.g., one furnace + AC condenser combination, or one heat pump). Multi-zone homes and properties with separate units for different floors typically have 2 or more.
Will joining a plan really save me money?
For most homeowners, yes. Two professional tune-ups alone typically run $300+. Add priority scheduling, no-overtime fees, and 15–20% off any repair that comes up — one mid-summer breakdown call usually pays for the plan many times over.
What if I need service outside business hours?
